Welcome to our newest addition to Sealevel’s eNewsletter.
Winter is well & truly upon us, however Sealevel is the perfect place to rug up & warm yourselves with some great warming meals, a great selection of wines & some new cocktails that have been in the making.
Sealevel Specials
Winter is a fantastic time to take advantage of some of our specials that come available through the winter months giving you excellent value for money.
Why not try our Midweek Special, offering you two courses for $44.00 & three courses for $52.00. This special is available Monday to Friday lunch & Sunday to Friday dinner, with a wide variety of meals available to you, making this offer excellent value for everybody.
Also throughout the winter months, we offer our Winter Special. This being a Seafood Chowder entrée, Fish & Chips & a glass of wine or local beer, all for $35.00. This affordable offer is perfect to warm you up whilst watching the wild seas, literally metres from you table.
Something Exciting to Eat?
We have some new menu items on offer, as we always do, with parts of our menu changing on a weekly basis, ensuring our diners never get bored with what we have to offer.
For an entrée you could try, Seared scallops & crispy pork belly with green apple & almond salad & apple balsamic reduction. For dessert we have some amazing selections, Chocolate assiette: Dark chocolate pave with salted almond brittle; White chocolate & basil creme brulee; Dark chocolate & grand marnier soufflé or Banoffe tart with caramelised banana, amaretto mascarpone & dulce de leche.
This coming Friday we have new mains going onto our menu, so a little sneak peak for you, we will have, Roasted pork cutlet with choucroute, roasted pear, parsnip mash & apple cider & vanilla reduction or why not try our new Baked atlantic salmon fillet with vongole, asparagus, braised potato & leeks & parsley, almond & vermouth sauce.
Indulge in a Cocktail
Adam has been busy trying various cocktails out, but in between his tasting he has come up with a number of new cocktails to add to Sealevel’s repertoire, a refreshing Cool As A Cucumber, with muddled cucumber, fresh pressed apple juice, gin & Chambord or a Ruby Red, with Malibu, Chambord, Bacardi, fresh pressed grapefruit juice & fresh passionfruit pulp.
There are many more to choose from, that will make a perfect beginning or end to your dining experience.

Father’s Day alert!! Fathers Day 2011 is on Sunday the 4th of September. It will be here before you know it & Sealevel is already taking reservations.
